Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Butter & Byte Ltd website and services. By engaging us, you agree to be bound by them.

1. The Studio Butter & Byte Ltd is a marketing studio registered in England & Wales. Our address is available on request.

2. Services We provide marketing, photography, paid media, web build & care, and hospitality-tech onboarding services to UK restaurants, pubs, and cafés. Specific scope, timelines and deliverables are agreed per engagement in a signed Statement of Work.

3. Fees & Payment All fees are quoted in GBP exclusive of VAT. Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Project fees follow the milestones in the Statement of Work. Payment terms are 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property Final deliverables transfer to you on full payment. Source files, working drafts, and our internal frameworks remain ours unless explicitly licensed.

5. Confidentiality We will not share your commercial information with third parties. Where required by law, we will inform you.

6. Termination Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days' written notice. Project engagements may be terminated as detailed in the Statement of Work.

7. Liability Our total liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
